To access full services, you must complete our KYC/AML verification process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
DUNADex operates as an invitation-only Offshore Virtual Currency Exchange (OVCE) offering trading of cryptocurrencies and AUAG™ gold-backed tokens. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time.
Cryptocurrency trading and investment involves substantial risk of loss. The value of digital assets can fluctuate significantly. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your investment decisions and any resulting losses. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Trading and other fees are clearly displayed on the platform. By using our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are subject to change with prior notice.
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, terrorist financing, or any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
All content, logos, trademarks, and materials on DUNADex.com are the property of DUNADex or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DUNADex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where DUNADex is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
